Job Description:

Centers Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at our 174-bed skilled nursing facility. As an RN at Centers Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to residents, supporting their health and well-being, and fostering a positive and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring a high standard of care at all times.
• Offer advice and support to residents and their families regarding health needs and treatment plans.
• Monitor residents’ health, administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Accurately document all care provided in resident records and departmental logs.
• Uphold infection-control policies and procedures to protect residents and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to address and resolve resident needs and concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect residents’ personal health information.
• Support the overall mission and values of the facility by promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.

Requirements:

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Proficient with computers; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
