As a Private Duty Nurse - LVN/LPN at Centers Health Care, your role is to provide healthcare services to patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to physician-recommended care plans, evaluating patient needs, coordinating care, administering medications and treatments, accurately documenting care provided, educating family members, and maintaining open communication channels with the healthcare team.

Private Nurse Qualifications:

• Valid, unrestricted RN/LPN/LVN license in the state of service.
• Current American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS CPR certification.
• Verification of tuberculosis skin test within the last year.
• Preferred: Six months of direct nursing experience.
• Dependable transportation.
• Eligibility for benefits based on employment status.
